Our Process
Although every partnership is different, we systematize our processes to achieve consistent success.
Step 0 : Deep Dive Interview – before we agree to work together, we discover whether we’re right for each other.
Step 1 : Clarify Goals and Timelines – concrete goals are necessary to be able to define success.
Step 2 : Action Plan – Together we create an individualized best plan of action with our goals and time frame in mind.
Step 3 : Follow Ups + Course Correction – We will support and keep you on track, making adjustments along the way.
Step 4 : Success Review – We follow up on our success and either proceed with further goals or make a plan for continued independent success.

Our People
Zillion Wong
Zillion dedicated over 25 years as an athlete and eventually a coach in DanceSport rising to 2nd in the Canadian Championships and coaching multiple Canadian Champions himself. He went on to open the largest ballroom dance studio in Western Canada and and is now looking to partner with successful, like-minded individuals who want to take their next step. With his degree in Engineering, and his intuitive, strategic mind, Zillion will help you engineer your success.
While finding joy in coaching DanceSport competitors, Zillion is now jumping both feet first into Business Coaching and working with other dreamers, high achievers and entrepreneurs to create positive unstoppable action.
